Is strength hindering your golf game or your golf progress?
You've come to the right place. We have designed a strength training program to help increase your distance and improve your overall game.
Some golfers have longer limbs and levers to use physics and geometry to create high club-head speeds. Unfortunately, we are all not built the same so proper mobility and body awareness are an important part of an athlete's training programme.
As long as you intend to improve your overall game in golf even if you are a novice or a veteran golfer, we cater to all ages and experiences to help improve your golf game.
Just like playing golf in a group, you will also train in a group but with a maximum of three persons to a coach and the training is for 6 weeks, twice a week with one day of group training and one day with a one-on-one PT session. Get your buddies to join as well so there will be camaraderie amongst yourselves or waiver a friendly challenge like how you do it on the greens just for fun.
