This program is suited for all levels and allows for a lot of flexibility with workouts only being 45 minutes per session. FUNCTIONAL METHOD 2.0
This is a 4 week full body training program that utilises the perfect blend of body building, functional movements, and explosive exercises to transform your body and functional strength. This program is geared for people who have a minimum of 6 months in the gym. If you are serious about moving well and looking good at the same time, then this is the program for you.
