Some golfers have longer limbs and levers to use physics and geometry to create high club-head speeds. Unfortunately, we are all not built the same so proper mobility and body awareness are an important part of an athlete's training programme.
As long as you intend to improve your overall game even if you are a novice or a veteran female or male golfer, we cater to ages 18 years old and above and experiences to help improve your golf game.
Just like playing golf in a group, you will also train in a group but with a maximum of three persons to a coach and the training is for 6 weeks, twice a week with one day of group training and one day with a one-on-one PT session. Get your golf buddies to join so you can train together as you play together on the greens and be accountable for each other's progress.
