
DISTANT FITNESS TRAINING
Our distant fitness training service allows you to utilise our Coaches’ expertise wherever you are based, on vacation, at the office, or at home. This is ideal for people with advanced knowledge and fitness training, who travels frequently for business, work from home, prefer to stay away from crowded gyms, or travelling to our gym isn't conducive.
We've got you. You’ll receive a bespoke training program, nutrition plan and online support via WhatsApp or email for feedback, queries or assessment.
Our package is a minimum of 12 sessions that is typically 3x a week workouts. We can design for more sessions based on your physical ability and after being assessed by our Coach.
